When choosing the appropriate quantities, please note that a single listing submission for a cosmetic product may include multiple cosmetic products with identical formulations, or formulations that differ only with respect to colors, fragrances or flavors, or quantity of contents. If you are unsure about the quantity needed, please contact one of our FDA regulatory specialists before purchasing.
If you require more than 500 product listings, please contact one of our FDA regulatory specialists for a custom quote.
If any product listing information changes after purchase, the company must provide the changes to FDA Solutions Group as soon as possible.
Cosmetic Product Registration Requirement
All cosmetic products marketed on or after December 29, 2022 must register with the FDA and update the registration annually. Any imported cosmetics not in compliance with FDA's cosmetic facility registration requirements may be refused by FDA or CBP.
